CONTEXT

In the context of the provision of a “fake lorries’” preparation system in automated stock exit, SAVOYE suggests an installation and an algorithm that allows insuring the respect at a 100% of the lorry loading plans.

OBJECTIVES

The objective of the simulation is to verify the validity of the algorithm suggested and validate the effective need in storage lines.

DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDY

The global loading plan provides for each lorry a sequence of palettes allocated to shipping exits. Each exit is linked to a series of sorting-withholding lines.

BENEFITS

The study has allowed emphasising the flaws in the initial algorithm and correcting them.
The physical and logical conception of SAVOYE has then been validated.
